Barbados Rum Punch
The old Barbadian rhyme becomes a measured drink of lime, sugar, island rum, water, bitters, and nutmeg over crushed ice.

- Nutmeg Freshly grate a light dusting over the drink.
- Lime wedge Use one small fresh wedge.
Ingredients
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Simple syrup 30 ml
- Barbados rum 45 ml
- Water 60 ml
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
Preparation
- Build all the ingredients in a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- Stir until cold and evenly combined, then add more crushed ice to fill.
