Three regional rum styles move through orange, lime, honey, ginger, falernum, bitters, and soda in Donn Beach’s complex 1937 cooler.

Ingredients
- Fresh orange juice 30 ml
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Honey syrup 15 ml Mix equal parts honey and warm water; refrigerate and use within two weeks.
- Falernum 7.5 ml Recipes vary and may contain almond; check the selected product or preparation.
- Soda water 30 ml Use very cold soda water.
- Aged Jamaican rum 30 ml
- Light Puerto Rican-style rum 30 ml
- Demerara rum 15 ml
- Angostura bitters 2 dashes
- Ginger syrup 2.5 ml Make with equal volumes sugar and water infused with sliced fresh ginger; keep refrigerated.
Preparation
- Add all ingredients and 120 ml crushed ice to a spindle blender.
- Blend at high speed for five seconds, then pour everything unstrained into a chilled double old fashioned glass.
