Donn Beach turns the Daiquiri tropical with a Jamaican-led rum split and equal measures of tart lime, vivid passion fruit, and soft honey.

Ingredients
- Aged Jamaican rum 30 ml
- Light Puerto Rican-style rum 15 ml
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Passion-fruit syrup 15 ml
- Honey syrup 15 ml Mix equal parts honey and warm water; refrigerate and use within two weeks.
Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
