Ingredients
- London dry gin 22.5 ml
- Calvados 22.5 ml
- Apricot liqueur 22.5 ml
- Fresh orange juice 22.5 ml
- Grenadine 5 ml
Preparation
- Shake the gin, Calvados, apricot liqueur, and orange juice hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Pour the grenadine slowly into the centre so it settles at the bottom without stirring.
