Ted Kilgore's equal-parts modern classic turns Fernet-Branca and Green Chartreuse into a bracing, improbably balanced herbal sour.

Ingredients
- Fernet-Branca 30 ml
- Green Chartreuse 30 ml
- Fresh lime juice 30 ml
- Simple syrup 30 ml Use a 1:1 syrup.
Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients hard with ice until well chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
