Ingredients
- Cachaça 50 ml Use a cachaça stored in bálsamo wood.
- Fresh lime juice 22 ml
- Simple syrup 30 ml Use a one-to-one syrup by weight.
- Fernet-Branca 7 ml
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Double-strain into a chilled small old fashioned glass without ice.
