Ingredients

  • Red wine 90 ml Use a young, fruit-forward dry red such as Rioja joven, served well chilled.
  • Cola 90 ml Use well-chilled full-sugar cola.

Preparation

  1. Fill a chilled highball glass with cubed ice.
  2. Add the red wine and chilled cola, then stir once gently.
