Chilean pisco and cola make a direct national highball in which fragrant grape spirit cuts cleanly through caramel, citrus, spice, and fizz.

  • Lime wheel Use one thin wheel at the rim without squeezing it into the drink.

Ingredients

  • Pisco 50 ml Use a Chilean pisco at 35–40% ABV.
  • Cola 150 ml Use well-chilled full-sugar cola.

Preparation

  1. Fill a chilled highball glass with cubed ice and add the pisco.
  2. Add the cola slowly and stir once gently to combine without losing carbonation.
