Ingredients
- London dry gin 45 ml
- Fino sherry 15 ml
- Fresh lemon juice 15 ml
- Simple syrup 15 ml Use a one-to-one syrup; rich syrup makes the drink materially sweeter.
- Orange bitters 2 dashes
Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
