A compact, smoky pairing of mezcal and Amaro Montenegro seasoned with chocolate mole bitters.
Ingredients
- Mezcal 45 ml
- Amaro Montenegro 30 ml
- Mole bitters 1 dash
- Glassware
- Old fashioned glass
- Garnish

- Orange twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice.
