The Savoy’s Opera is a cherry-darkened dry Gin Martini, with Dubonnet’s quinquina bitterness connecting juniper to maraschino.

Ingredients
- Dry gin 60 ml
- Dubonnet Rouge 15 ml Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- Maraschino liqueur 15 ml
Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass, express an orange peel over the surface, and discard it.
