Ingredients
- Blanc vermouth 90 ml Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- Absinthe 15 ml
- Orgeat syrup 15 ml Contains almonds; check the selected syrup for other allergens.
- Soda water 90 ml Use cold, freshly opened soda water.
Preparation
- Add the vermouth, absinthe, and orgeat to a chilled highball and stir briefly.
- Fill with cubed ice, add the soda water, and stir once gently to combine without losing carbonation.
