Ingredients
- Blanco tequila 45 ml
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Sparkling mineral water 180 ml Use very cold, highly carbonated sparkling mineral water.
Preparation
- Fill a chilled Collins glass completely with hard cubed ice.
- Add the tequila and fresh lime juice.
- Top with the chilled sparkling mineral water and lift once gently from bottom to top with a bar spoon.
