Ingredients

  • Dark rum 60 ml
  • Hard cider 180 ml Use a dry, full-flavoured hard cider rather than a sweet commercial style.

Preparation

  1. Add one or two dense cubes to a chilled pint glass.
  2. Add the dark rum and chilled hard cider, then stir once gently.
