Whiskey Sour
Bourbon, lemon, and sugar with optional egg white for a soft, foamy texture.
Ingredients
- Bourbon 45 ml
- Fresh lemon juice 25 ml
- Simple syrup 20 ml
- Egg white a few drops Optional
- Glassware
- Cobbler glass
- Garnish

- Orange slice
- Orange zest Optional alternative to the orange slice.
- Maraschino cherry
Method
- Shake all the ingredients with ice, shaking more vigorously when using egg white.
- Strain into a cobbler glass.
- For an on-the-rocks serve, strain instead into an ice-filled old fashioned glass.
