- Bourbon 45 ml Use a full-flavoured or higher-proof bourbon.
- Fresh grapefruit juice 30 ml
- Honey syrup 15 ml Use a one-to-one syrup by weight.
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
