One cold bottle of Crodino, a short soda lift, orange, and plenty of ice make a bitter, herbal non-alcoholic Italian aperitivo.

  • Orange slice Use one thin fresh slice.

Ingredients

  • Crodino 175 ml Use one bottle, thoroughly chilled.
  • Soda water 15 ml Use cold, freshly opened soda water.

Preparation

  1. Fill a chilled wine glass generously with cubed ice and add the Crodino.
  2. Add the soda water and stir once gently to combine without losing carbonation.
