- Lemon spiral Use the rind of one lemon cut into a single long strip.
Ingredients
- Cognac 40 ml
- Ginger ale 120 ml Use a cold, crisp ginger ale with restrained sweetness.
Preparation
- Cut one long, continuous strip of lemon peel and coil it inside a chilled highball glass with one end hanging over the rim.
- Fill the glass with cubed ice, then add the Cognac and chilled ginger ale.
- Stir once gently without disturbing the lemon spiral.
