Equal ginger beer and ginger ale make a sharp Hong Kong clubhouse cooler seasoned with Angostura and lemon.

Ingredients

  • Ginger beer 100 ml Use a very cold, freshly opened non-alcoholic ginger beer.
  • Ginger ale 100 ml Use a very cold, freshly opened ginger ale.
  • Angostura bitters 2 dashes The finished drink contains alcohol and is not alcohol-free.

Preparation

  1. Fill a chilled highball glass with cubed ice and add the ginger beer and ginger ale.
  2. Add the bitters and lift once gently from bottom to top with a bar spoon.
