Ingredients
- Pisco 60 ml Use a Peruvian pisco puro.
- Angostura bitters 3 drops
- Ginger ale 120 ml
Preparation
- Add the pisco and bitters to a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
- Top gently with the chilled ginger ale and stir once.
