A dry mezcal aperitif combining floral Lillet Blanc with clean, earthy gentian bitterness.
Ingredients
- Mezcal 45 ml
- Lillet Blanc 30 ml
- Suze 15 ml
- Glassware
- Old fashioned glass
- Garnish

- Grapefruit peel Express a wide peel over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice.
