Porto Flip
A tawny port and brandy flip given a silky texture by egg yolk.
Ingredients
- Brandy 15 ml
- Tawny port 45 ml
- Egg yolk 10 ml
- Glassware
- Cocktail glass
- Garnish

- Nutmeg Grate fresh nutmeg over the drink.
Method
- Shake all the ingredients thoroughly with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
