Ingredients
- Jamaican rum 30 ml Use a dark Jamaican rum.
- Aged rum 22.5 ml Use a gold Puerto Rican-style rum.
- Overproof Demerara rum 22.5 ml
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Fresh grapefruit juice 15 ml
- Cinnamon syrup 15 ml
- Falernum 15 ml
- Anise spirit 6 drops
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients and 120 ml crushed ice to a blender.
- Flash-blend for five seconds.
- Pour unstrained into an old fashioned glass.
