Ingredients
- Jamaican rum 45 ml Use a gold or dark Jamaican rum.
- Aged rum 45 ml Use a gold Puerto Rican-style rum.
- Overproof Demerara rum 30 ml
- Fresh lime juice 22.5 ml
- Fresh grapefruit juice 10 ml
- Cinnamon syrup 5 ml
- Falernum 15 ml
- Grenadine 1 teaspoon
- Anise spirit 6 drops
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients and 180 ml crushed ice to a blender.
- Flash-blend at high speed for no more than five seconds.
- Pour unstrained into a tall glass and add more crushed ice to fill.
