Ingredients
- Aged rum 45 ml Use a characterful aged Virgin Islands-style rum.
- Demerara rum 15 ml
- Fresh lime juice 15 ml
- Fresh orange juice 15 ml
- Cinnamon syrup 7.5 ml
- Vanilla syrup 5 ml
- Allspice dram 5 ml
- Angostura bitters 1 dash
Preparation
- Flash-blend all ingredients with 120 ml crushed ice for no more than five seconds.
- Open-pour into a chilled Collins glass and add crushed ice to fill.
