Ingredients
- Demerara rum 30 ml
- Jamaican rum 30 ml Use a dark Jamaican rum.
- Fresh lime juice 22.5 ml
- Fresh grapefruit juice 15 ml
- Simple syrup 15 ml
- Allspice dram 7.5 ml
Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
