White Negroni
A pale, earthy Negroni variation balancing gin with floral Lillet Blanc and bitter gentian liqueur.
Ingredients
- Gin 30 ml
- Lillet Blanc 30 ml
- Suze 30 ml
- Glassware
- Rocks glass
- Garnish

- Grapefruit twist Express the peel oils over the drink.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
