Ingredients
- Blended Scotch whisky 30 ml Use a rounded, lightly smoky blend rather than an assertively peated whisky.
- Irish whiskey 30 ml
- Fresh lemon juice 15 ml
- Orgeat syrup 15 ml
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients hard with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
