Penicillin
A Scotch sour sharpened with lemon and ginger-honey syrup, finished with a smoky Islay float.
Ingredients
- Blended Scotch whisky 60 ml
- Fresh lemon juice 22.5 ml
- Honey-ginger syrup 22.5 ml
- Islay Scotch whisky 7.5 ml
- Glassware
- Old fashioned glass
- Garnish

Method
- Shake the blended Scotch, lemon juice, and ginger-honey syrup with ice.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass over one large ice cube.
- Float the Islay Scotch over the drink.
