Ingredients
- Manzanilla sherry 30 ml Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- Blanc vermouth 30 ml Keep the opened bottle refrigerated and use it fresh.
- Gentian liqueur 7.5 ml
- Peychaud’s bitters 2 dashes
Preparation
- Stir all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled and diluted.
- Fine-strain into a chilled small wine glass.
