Ingredients
- Meletti amaro 30 ml
- Campari 7.5 ml
- Fresh pineapple juice 22.5 ml
- Fresh lime juice 22.5 ml
- Cold-brew coffee 30 ml Use an unsweetened, freshly strained cold-brew concentrate and keep it refrigerated.
- Demerara syrup 7.5 ml Use a rich syrup made with two parts demerara sugar to one part water.
- Salt 1 pinch
Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled.
- Fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
