Ingredients
- Gabriela cravo-e-canela aguardente 50 ml
- Lime 1 whole Use one small fresh Tahiti lime, trim the ends, and cut it into wedges.
- Fresh passion fruit 0.5 whole Scoop the pulp and seeds from half a ripe fruit.
- Sugar 1 teaspoon Use a level teaspoon, about 5 g.
Preparation
- Muddle the lime, passion-fruit pulp, and sugar thoroughly in a shaker.
- Add the aguardente and cubed ice, shake hard, and open-pour into a chilled small tumbler.
