Ingredients
- Bourbon 30 ml
- Triple sec 15 ml
- Peychaud’s bitters 7 dashes
- Angostura bitters 3 dashes
- Champagne 150 ml Use well-chilled Brut Champagne.
Preparation
- Stir the bourbon, triple sec, and bitters with cubed ice for about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
- Add the Champagne slowly without stirring.
