Amontillado sherry

15% ABV · A very dry, biologically aged sherry with delicate almond, bread-dough, and saline flavours. -
Manzanilla sherry
15% ABV · A very dry, biologically aged sherry from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, with delicate flor, almond, chamomile, and saline flavours. -
Oloroso sherry
18% ABV · A dry sherry matured through oxidative ageing, developing a deep amber colour and concentrated walnut, spice, and toasted aromas. -
Palo Cortado sherry
20% ABV · A rare dry sherry combining Amontillado-like fragrance with the rounder body and oxidative depth of an Oloroso.
